Who we are
This website belongs to MM Studio, a creative video production studio registered in Brazil under CNPJ 53.480.507/0001-56. MM Studio is the controller of the data processed here. For any privacy matter, including contacting our data protection officer, write to marceloagmonteiromkt@gmail.com.
What we collect
Through the briefing form: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company or channel, country, project types, desired timeline and project description — only what you choose to send. While you browse: anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country, device type and browser), without identifying you. For security, the IP address of anyone who submits the form is kept for up to 10 minutes to limit repeated submissions.
Cookies
The site does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. We only keep a temporary flag in your browser (sessionStorage) so the opening animation does not repeat during the same visit; it is cleared when you close the tab.
How we use it
Form data is used to reply to your message, understand your project and prepare a proposal. Anonymous statistics help us understand what content is useful and improve the site. We do not sell or share your data for third-party marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the site: Hostinger (website hosting), Resend (email delivery of form messages) and Umami (anonymous, cookie-free statistics). Some of these services are located outside Brazil, such as in the United States; in those cases, transfers follow the safeguards set out in the LGPD. Links to Instagram and WhatsApp lead to third-party services with their own policies.
Legal basis
Form data is processed based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps. Anonymous statistics and protection against abusive submissions are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and useful. All under Brazil’s LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep form data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and delete it when no longer needed or when you ask. Statistics are anonymous and aggregated.
Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to marceloagmonteiromkt@gmail.com. We reply as soon as possible, within the legal deadlines. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD) or your local authority.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its update date.
