If you subscribe to four videos and request only two, the other two expire at the end of the cycle.

Is payment monthly?
Yes. Payment is made monthly, with automatic billing to the credit card on file.
Do I have to pay for all three months at once?
No. The initial commitment is three months, but the fees are charged separately each cycle.
Can I roll over videos I did not use?
No. The monthly number of videos does not accumulate. Edits not requested within the cycle expire at the end of the period.
Do I need to film the videos?
Yes. With the subscription, the client is responsible for providing the material for editing. Professional filming can be hired separately.
Do all plans have the same features?
Yes. Starter, Growth and Scale share the same editing standard. The difference is the monthly number of videos.
Can I request videos longer than 60 seconds?
Videos longer than 60 seconds need a specific assessment and can be hired under another service.
Are motion graphics and VFX included?
No. These are part of custom services and can be quoted separately.
How many revisions can I request?
Each video includes up to two rounds of revisions within the original brief. Changes that amount to a new edit or a complete change of scope may incur an additional charge.
Can I request extra videos?
Additional requests can be assessed and quoted separately, subject to production availability.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation terms, including during and after the initial three-month commitment, will be presented at the time of hiring.
How long does it take to receive a video?
Within 7 business days, counted from receipt of all materials. Orders of more than 34 videos are delivered in batches of up to 34, each within the same timeframe.
